Green Courte Partners, LLC welcomes submissions for potential
investments in the manufactured housing community sector.
GCP typically
purchases communities with 150+ sites that have the potential to be
at least 3-star properties. We will consider stabilized communities,
as well as development and “turnaround” projects, and we are
actively acquiring both individual properties and large portfolios.
We will also consider individual property and regional joint venture
partnerships.
